Frequently Asked Questions

Q:  Can I pay by credit/debit card?

A:  Yes.  We use the PayPal secure payment gateway which enable customers to purchase using credit or debit cards without requiring them to sign up for a PayPal account.

Q:  Do you ship to my country?

A:  Yes, this is the worldwide store.  If you find any problem checking out to your particular country please let us know using the contact form and we will rectify it so you can complete your order.

Q:  I’ve only received my print(s)/book(s)/Wook(s).  Where is the rest of my order?

A:  Books and prints are sometimes shipped separately.  Books may come in padded envelopes. Prints in heavy duty cardboard tubes.   You should receive a partial shipping notification email from the store telling you if parts of your order were shipped on different dates.  If all items were shipped on the same date you will receive a whole order shipping notification.  You can check the status of your order  to see if it shipped via the account page on the store.

Q:  How long do orders take to send out?

A:  Orders take ‘up to’ two weeks to post out.  You will receive a shipping notification when your order has been sent.

Q:  Do my items come signed by James Hance?

A:  As all items are produced by us here in the UK it is not possible to get James to sign anything.  We do occasionally have signed limited edition prints that James has sent over from the US.  To be informed when we have these special editions sign up for our newsletter or Follow @JamesHanceUK on twitter.

Q: Can I use a different shipping address to send someone a gift?

A: Yes, by all means.  People often do this.  Just fill in your details for the billing address and your gift recipients details in the shipping address section.

Q: I am ordering for a gift.  Is there anything on the packaging that shows it comes from James Hance?

A:  Our mailing labels do have an image of Wookiee the Chew and our return address details on.  If you want plain packaging to avoid ruining the suprise please mention this in the order comments and we will try our best to accomodate your request.  During busy times this might not always be possible though.

 

Q: What does order status 'Pending' mean?

A:  New orders will have the status of 'Pending'. When your order has been processed and sent out it will show an order status of 'Shipped'. You should also receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped from the store.
